6v6 Leagues
- CO-ED - Sundays 11-1pm (starts Jan 13th)
- Mens Open - Sundays 1-5pm (starts Jan 13th)
Soccer6 League Registration Fee -$500 per team 8 weeks; $150 deposit holds a spot in the league, balance must be paid in full prior to the first game.
Player I.D. Cards - $10 per player (1 year); $5 renewal

Team Roster| Waiver Release
A $150.00 deposit is required to secure a team in the league. Returning teams always have the first right of refusal so it is wise to get your deposit in and be first on the waiting list. If we for any reason cannot get your team into the league, we will return your full deposit.
Deposits may be made online through Paypal, by credit card or in person 30 minutes prior to your first Sunday game. Soccer6 accepts personal checks ($15 return fee). Click over to the payment page for details.
Above are some forms to assist you with formulating your team. The Team Roster sheet will help you organize your players. Each player must complete a waiver and obtain a Soccer6 ID Card prior to their 2nd game. ID Cards are valid for one year (3 seasons) and must be purchased from the league for $10.00. ID Card renewals are $5.00 To expedite the process, players may download the Waiver Release form, complete both sides and bring it into our office 30 minutes prior to game time to obtain their ID Card.
